Do I need to move my email?
No. MailBridge connects to the existing mailbox through IMAP.
Will every email provider work?
Compatibility is not universal. Reading needs cloud-reachable IMAP with valid TLS and accepted credentials. Sending has separate transport and network requirements, including potential restrictions on ports 25, 465 and 587.
Can the AI send without my approval?
Sending requires the appropriate permission, a configured sender/transport and your explicit instruction. A reading-only grant does not permit sending.
Is Free a trial?
Free is permanent within its defined limits: one mailbox, 300 reads and 30 send requests per UTC calendar month. Invitation-only access still applies.
What does a successful receipt mean?
Provider acceptance and verified delivery are different states. MailBridge reports the evidence actually available; it does not guarantee inbox placement or 24/7 availability.
