What counts toward usage
A read operation lists or reads through IMAP. A new request admitted to the sending transport consumes one send, including provider rejection. A retry using the same idempotency key does not count again. Usage resets each UTC calendar month, including on annual plans.
What is included
Your MailBridge subscription is separate from ChatGPT, your email hosting and any sending-provider costs. Business supports 10 mailboxes within one account; shared team accounts are not included. Taxes and the final amount must be shown before checkout confirmation.
Check compatibility first
Reading requires publicly reachable IMAP and valid TLS. Sending needs an independently authorized compatible transport. Hosting may restrict SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587; a higher plan does not remove network restrictions. Read the connection guide.
